Many people have thought that reading in the dark affects your eyes and it's right but it won't cause lasting damage. Vision tends to weaken over time for most people, and family history and genes are a big factor in determining that. But reading in low light won't cause a decline in vision, it can lead to eye strain.

Reduce Crimes
In our world
there are many different crimes. We are as a human must to do our best to
reduce the crimes. We all want to live safety, calm and we don’t want anyone to
harm assault us. There are many things we can do to decrease the number of crimes.
for example, we need to look after poor people and help them to get education
and job, so this reduces many crimes like stealing. Also, Governments must
prevent cocaine and drugs dealing. Moreover, cameras are very effective to reduce
crimes when there are enough of them, and they are monitored by trained staff. Beside
laws tighten by the governments and police.

Why Do Young People Turn to Crime?
One of the main reasons ways I genuinely think young people are committing crimes is because of their personal background if they come from a dysfunctional family they are at a high risk of getting involved in a crime. For instance, as they do not get the benefit from proper care and guidance from an affectionate atmosphere they develop behavioral disturbances. Another reason might be from action movies with murder and robbery is being popular among youth. It is clearly seen that these sorts of movies lead to an increase in crime among teenagers as they try imitating what they have seen in the movies. Furthermore, films have an important influence on young people who are influenced by what they watch and hear. Some ways to combat the problem are to have stricter punishments because they are young, courts are too lenient. Parents also have to take more responsibility for their children's actions. They too should be punished if their children commit crimes.
Instanbul
Instanbul formerly known as Constantinople, is the largest city in Turkey. The old walled city of Istanbul stands on a triangular peninsula between Europe and Asia Sometimes as a bridge, sometimes as a barrier, Instanbul for more than 2,500 years has stood between conflicting surges of religion, culture, and imperial power. For most of those years it was one of the most coveted cities in the world. I really love going to Istanbul to see the magnificent views of nature and historic towns of Instanbul. Its really nice to see the historic castles and places and learn more about Turkey's history.Turkey also has nice restaurants and delicious food. I really like to sit beside the sea and to watch the amazing sea view of Istanbul. I also like going on a boat trip and enjoying the festivals inside the boat. I didn't visit The great city Instanbul because of the epidemic but I hope to visit it next year.

Miscarriage of Justice
It's way easier to convict an innocent person than to put in the work and find the real criminal. There are many reasons why people end up in prison and mostly because contaminated evidence or false confession due to police pressure or if the case goes to trial it can be because a weak defence. There is a certain pattern of why the wrong people end up in prison many of the drug-addicts, mentally ill, homeless individuals simply find themselves repeatedly arrested for minor public order offenses.

London is the capital city of England and the United Kingdom. It’s situated in the South East of England with a population of 14 million people. The most famous tourist attractions are Big Ben, the House of Parliament, the Queen's palace, Buckingham Palace, The London Eye, and Hyde Park. Big Ben isn’t the clock on the tower, but just the bell inside it. People all over the world can hear its sound on the radio and TV programs. Buckingham Palace is the official home of the British Monarch in London. When the flag is put up on the pole, it means that the Monarch is in the palace. It is also a famous tourist attraction because of the Queen’s Royal guards. London Eye, also known as the Millennium Wheel, was built in 1999, and since then the biggest observation wheel in the world. It is 170m high and you can see the beautiful London skyline from the top. London's public transport includes London Underground, London Buses, River Services, and the National Rail. The buses known as the red double-decker buses and rail network in London is very well developed, frequent, and efficient. Don't Be Afraid To Make Mistakes
Peter Baron
I really liked this quote because everyone of us make mistakes and when we make mistakes we learn something new. Some people are afraid to fail and make mistakes that's wrong because in order for you to succeed you need to fail and learn from your mistakes. The wrong thing is making mistakes and repeating this mistake again. You should try again or try a new thing to make things work out.

Don’t Be Afraid To Make Mistakes
Peter Barron
Mistakes are a perfect way to understand such things and to unlearn them. In reality, while making some of the dumb mistakes, you get to learn the best of life lessons. It means that there is a right way to do that thing when you make a mistake. That's when you ask questions, seek other people's advice, and educate yourself. The whole process makes you educated and a good learner the two things that will carry you far in life.

Always Be Grateful For What You Have
This sentiment often expressed by Santa Sebag-Montefiore’s father is also one I hold dearly. If we ‘count our blessings’ we will be much happier, and we will be able to appreciate the things we have rather than pine for the things we don’t (have). It was a sentiment my father taught me also and more importantly it is consistent with the ethic of Jesus. The apostle Paul wrote “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you.” The more I am able to abide by this advice, the happier I’ll be.

Use Every Chance You Get
Jane Goodall
Do you have a
dream? I am asking you, yeah you who are reading right now. Sure you have, it’s
impossible that you don’t have any dream. Do you want it? I mean Do you want it
as soon as possible?
Put in your mind that if you are seeking for something, that thing is seeking for you. You will
find the first step to reach to your goal, so take it and work hard on it. when you find a stair take on it steps as much
as you can. Maybe it will be difficult and very hard for you. However, recall
yourself “If you do what is easy, your life will be hard & If you do what
is hard, your life will be easy”.
Before you get any opportunity, you have to challenge your fear. Most people don’t success just because they think about the difficulties and the consequences. Be careful to do not let your fear to kill and destroy your dreams.

What Letting Go Can Do
SIR RICHARD BRANSON
The english entrepreneur who started as a school dropout is now worth 4.4 billion dollars. I know there is only one question in your mind right now which is how did he manage to do that ?. The more important question is have you ever regretted something? You would think that these two questions are not relevant to each other but in fact they are. This multi billionaire always looked at regret as a life lesson which his mother had told him when he was younger. You can always turn your weaknesses into your biggest strength and Richard did that he never let any setback get to him whether it was major or minor. Holding on and regretting the things you have done only going to make you paralyzed by time everyone going to move on except yourself. “You only live once “As cliché as it sounds but it’s also true. Who knows maybe you will be the next billionaire?
