Instanbul formerly known as Constantinople, is the largest city in Turkey. The old walled city of Istanbul stands on a triangular peninsula between Europe and Asia Sometimes as a bridge, sometimes as a barrier, Instanbul for more than 2,500 years has stood between conflicting surges of religion, culture, and imperial power. For most of those years it was one of the most coveted cities in the world. I really love going to Istanbul to see the magnificent views of nature and historic towns of Instanbul. Its really nice to see the historic castles and places and learn more about Turkey's history.Turkey also has nice restaurants and delicious food. I really like to sit beside the sea and to watch the amazing sea view of Istanbul. I also like going on a boat trip and enjoying the festivals inside the boat. I didn't visit The great city Instanbul because of the epidemic but I hope to visit it next year.
From a short time ago I knew that Istanbul is the seventh-largest city in the world by population, with more than 15 million persons.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, Fahad. Instanbul is at the top of my bucket list. It is one of the historic cities I would most like to visit. The first place I want to explore there is the ancient church known as Hagia Sophia. What a monumental structure it is!
ReplyDeleteYou say you like the food in Instanbul. What dishes in particular do you find delicious?
